Breathe!

After years of stretching my body, I ended up with SI disfunction. SI dysfunction is very common with Yoga practitioners, dancers, and martial arts.
I have learned to expand out with a lot of inward support thru a postural tone. This allows me to feel space in my body instead of a stretch. Trusting this process has helped me heal my body by staying out of my joints. As we are moving thru our aging process and getting older it is important to save our joints to live pain-free.
Breathing is a wonderful practice that not only helps with your immune system and the support of your lungs but it helps find a tone in your pelvic floor to support your bladder, uterus, and prostate. A wonderful practice to do during these times of stress, fear, and holding patterns.
