Their strength and ability to contract and relax the pelvic floor affects our low backs, bladder and bowel function, pregnancy and birth, sexual response and of course, how well we can shake it on the dance floor!
DR Pouliot will talk about anatomy and some conditions affected by pelvic floor imbalances. Urinary incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain and sexual activity discomfort will be discussed.
Alina, will show you some very basic but effective breath work combined with simple poses to help you work with your pelvic floor and apply to your daily life.
