New to Yoga? No problem, We love beginners! We love teaching the fundamental postures in a step by step way to all those who want to try yoga for the first time.
Do you want to learn how to do a home practice? I can photograph some of your poses and provide you with written instructions to take home.
Perhaps you’re recovering from an injury, illness or surgery and would prefer some private class time to address your situation individually. We feature classes moving with ease and flexibility to create a balanced body and mind; as well as workshops, and private lessons.
Alejandra Hadjuck bedan her career in Argentina at the Oasis school of Massage and Healing Arts, a unique place that teaches students body and emotional awareness through dance and movement while teaching Esalen massage, Trager, Deep Tissue and the art of conscious and loving touch. Ale also uses Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, she is passionate about bodywork, about anatomy and understanding the physical and emotional patterns that might be the root cause of her client´s pain and discomfort.
Estelle Trabuccois a licensed massage therapist (L.M.T.) formally trained at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport, CT, from which she graduated with honors. She has learned many modalities of massage along the way, both Western and Eastern bodywork styles that she skillfully combines: Swedish massage, deep tissue, acupressure, sports massage, orthopedic massage, pre-natal massage.

Anna Johnson-Chase studied with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in the first American training in San Francisco and has been a practitioner since 1977. An Assistant Trainer for over thirty years, she has taught professional trainings in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Europe, and throughout North America.
In her private practice, Anna has worked with people with a wide range of abilities from music & theater professionals to people with injuries & serious difficulties. She came to this work from a background in theater and psychology and has a curiosity for how we learn and change. She currently lives and works in Connecticut and also practices in New York City.

In this class we blend Soft roller/SlowMo/Gentle core, in this 8 week series.
This class is 60 minutes.
You can do up to 2 make ups.
Registration is a must for this 8 week class.
A GREAT PLACE TO START IF YOU ARE NEW TO YOGA.
We will use soft rollers and stability balls.
