New to Yoga? No problem, We love beginners! We love teaching the fundamental postures in a step by step way to all those who want to try yoga for the first time.
Do you want to learn how to do a home practice? I can photograph some of your poses and provide you with written instructions to take home.



Perhaps you’re recovering from an injury, illness or surgery and would prefer some private class time to address your situation individually. We feature classes moving with ease and flexibility to create a balanced body and mind; as well as workshops, and private lessons.

    We will prepare the fascia and when we are dense with fascia we will start to move that thick fluid with a slow mindful vinyasa class

    Some people often have poor balance due to loss of muscle strength and joint flexibility.  We will focus on weight bearing poses to address Osteoporosis.
    A great compliment to the roller, and yoga classes. We will stay with the fluid core theme that runs thru all of our classes, but this one will address core and balance.

    This class will be sold as an 8-week series.
    If you are already taking a series class we will offer a discount for both. Please inquire.
